For the highest quality in blanched peanuts, choose the 341-B. It removes the skins and hearts from dried or fully roasted peanuts for the smoothest, cleanest nuts possible. Up to 2,000 pounds per hour of roasted or dried peanuts can be blanched free of meal and with less shrinkage than any other blancher on the market. The 341-B first splits the nuts and removes the skins; the hearts are then removed from the halves.
Screening separates the halves from the hearts, and aspiration totally removes the skins from the process. Dependable features like an adjustable feed hopper and a dual-aspiration system allow you to process nuts for peanut butter, candy and similar products with maximum efficiency.
FDA-Approved, Specially Formulated Rubber Blanching Elements: Because our machine uses rubber blanching elements to remove red skins without excessive brushing or rubbing, shrinkage is lower than on any other split-nut blanching machine. Blanched peanuts are delivered free of meal and without worn edges.
Dual-Aspiration System: Dual aspiration assures 100 percent removal of the loosened skins from the kernels. Even the hearts are aspirated free of red skins to permit a clean separation of these two byproducts. The blancher is offered with a built-in fan or with a special chamber arranged to aspirate one or more machines with one segregated fan.
Adjustable Blanching Plate: Adjustable plate ensures effective blanching on all sizes of nuts.
Adjustable Feed Hopper: Adjustable feature allows for a uniform feed rate.
Hinged Magnetic Separator: The magnetic separator is built into the feeder and protects blanching elements and finished product from damage caused by foreign ferrous objects.
