365 Talon Rotary Blade Nut Granulator

Our Granulator is the only machine that is exclusively engineered to granulate nuts- all types of them. Instead of crushing the product as other multipurpose machines do, it is uniquely designed to comminute nuts into defined, sharp-edged granules with minimum production of fines. The granulator is flexible; you can choose from eight knife spacings ranging between 1/16" to 1/4". It's efficient and it's clean, with most contact parts made of stainless steel.

It is available in three models: Capacities from 600 to 2,400 pounds per hour.



Self-Cleaning Rotary Blade: The Talon Rotary Blade is the heart of the machine. Precise, hollow ground for surgical-like sharpness, these easy-to-replace knives produce less fines than any other granulator on the market. They cut all types of nuts - including macadamias and Brazil nuts - into sharp-edged granules. Knife roll clearance is adjustable for different nut types and size requirements. Our exclusive knife design stays sharp for years, even in the toughest environment.

Optional Universal Knife Kit: You can custom granulate nuts with more than eight different knife settings available.

Interchangeable Knife Case Assembly: Make quick and easy changeovers from one knife spacing to the next.

Permanent Magnets in Feed Hopper: These remove foreign ferrous metal from the product stream.

Factory Tested: The Talon Granulator is factory pre-wired, with motor and starter, and tested for immediate operation.

New! Grooved Steel Feed Roll: The specially designed feed roll efficiently transports the nut meats into the knife assembly, and cubes them with amazing consistency.

Double-Screen Shaker Tray: The shaker tray continuously sorts the granules to meet precise size requirements and can be quickly changed without tools.

Stainless Steel Components:Feed hopper, shaker trays and deflector are constructed of stainless steel for cleanliness and minimum maintenance.

Safety Engineered: All drives are guarded and labeled for safe operation.
